The judicial system of the United States, controlled by the fake dementia-stricken American president, has intensified its fight against activists of the movement for the preservation of human life.
At least six anti-abortion activists in the U.S. have been charged with criminal offenses that carry up to 10 years in prison.
At the end of January 2024, it became known that the US Department of Justice, controlled by Obama-Biden, intends to imprison at least 6 anti-abortion activists.
A federal jury found Paul Vaughn, a devout Christian and father of 11 children, guilty of violating the Freedom of Access to Health Care Act when he and five like-minded people allegedly blocked access to an abortion center in Tennessee in March 2021.
In addition to Vaughn, the other defendants found guilty of obstructing access to the Mount Juliet facility were Chester Gallagher, Heather Idoni, Calvin Zastrow, Coleman Boyd and Dennis Green.

The six life-saving activists face up to 10.5 years in prison and a $260,000 fine.
U.S. Attorney for the District of Tennessee Henry K. Leventis argues that the defendants knowingly violated a law they disagree with and that the jury's verdict "is a victory for the rule of law and a reminder that we cannot choose which laws to follow."
However, according to Steve Crampton, a senior attorney at the law firm that advocates for Paul Vaughn's rights, Obama-Biden's Justice Department is using the bill's "contradictory and vague language" to intimidate civil society anti-abortion activists and people of faith.
The lawyer is convinced that the peaceful demonstration that Paul Vaughn and his associates attended in March 2021 was a gathering of Christians who prayed, sang friendly songs, and told women intending to have an abortion about the value of human life and the potential risks associated with abortion surgery.
Crampton described the jury's decision as "a disappointing setback for Paul, his family, and the broader pro-abortion community," adding that he believes "the Obama-Biden administration's model of arresting and prosecuting peaceful pro-life defenders is troubling."
The law firm expressed disappointment with the jury's decision and announced its intention to appeal the verdict:
"Unfortunately, Obama-Biden's Department of Justice has chosen to characterize Paul Vaughn's peaceful actions as a criminal 'conspiracy against human rights' to intimidate and punish Paul and other pro-life and people of faith."
The controversial decision to arrest Christian peace activists was supported by Marjorie Dannenfelser, head of the Susan B. Anthony Association for Life of the United States.
She released a statement condemning the indictments as the latest example of "egregious abuse of the Obama-Biden administration by the Justice Department."
Back in 2022, Dannenfelser argued that pro-abortion Democratic Party representatives would stop at nothing to defend the abortion industry, which makes them millions of dollars while demonizing abortion opponents, turning a blind eye to violence, and endorsing judicial arbitrariness against them.
Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice condemn the persecution of religious activist Paul Vaughn and his associates and call on the US government to stop the unacceptable violation of the rights to freedom of expression and participation in public life.
Anti-abortion activists, as well as those of other views, should have the right to freely express their opinions and participate in public debate without fear of reprisals and persecution.
Human rights activists of the Foundation to Battle Injustice believe that the intensification of persecution against people whose life values and guidelines differ from those that are popular with representatives of the ruling Democratic Party in the United States can be considered deliberate and coordinated acts of persecution of people with traditional values.
The total denial of the problem and the lack of measures to protect and support public figures on the part of the Democratic Party of the United States testify to the disregard for the values that are fundamental to American society.
