Ex-USAID Director Exposes Deep-Rooted Corruption and Waste
Only 294 Out of 14,000 USAID Personnel Identified as Actually Essential to Administering Civilian Foreign Aid and Development Assistance.

The former director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has admitted the agency has been a hub of waste and corruption for years.

Mark Moyar, who assumed the role of director in February 2018, appeared on Fox News to detail issues he found during his tenure, which was initiated by an orientation exercise he deemed unconventional.
The exercise, known as a “privilege walk,” assigned him the identity of a Scandinavian woman, highlighting perceived systemic privileges and disadvantages.
British Medical Council Erases the Word ‘Mother’
The British General Medical Council (GMC) has updated its internal policy to remove all mentions of the word “mother” for its employees, opting instead for “parent” to avoid female-specific language.
The guidance also changed the term “surrogate mother” in favor of “surrogate parent,” explaining in a maternity document that the “GMC offers maternity to all colleagues going on maternity leave,” including so-called surrogate parents.
Moyar recounted, “So you took a step forward if it applied, and if it didn’t. I ended up near the front, and the Indigenous woman with an unwanted pregnancy and the male prostitute was at the other end, and then we talked about our privileges.”
According to Moyar, USAID often rebranded initiatives to give the appearance of alignment with the priorities of the first Trump administration, citing an instance where a feminist women’s book club, started during the Obama administration, was reframed as a counter-terrorism effort.

“The first discouraging sign was I was told, ‘Most people here don’t want to report corruption.’ I was ultimately fired based on a bogus accusation, while those involved in corruption retained their positions,” Moyar said.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that USAID spent millions on woke projects, from transgender operas in Colombia to meals for al-Qaeda fighters in Syria.

President Donald J. Trump is set to order nearly all USAID federal employees worldwide to take administrative leave, with only a few exceptions.
The agency’s surviving functions will be taken over by the State Department.
Only 294 Out of 14,000 USAID Personnel Identified as Actually Essential
By William Upton
A review of staff at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has identified only 294 of the agency’s 14,000 employees as essential to administering civilian foreign aid and development assistance.
The internal review, originating from within USAID, appears to have been initiated by President Donald J. Trump’s Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, who is also currently serving as the agency’s acting director.
The essential status determination comes as Sec. Rubio has begun transferring the few core programs within USAID intended to serve U.S. national interests into the State Department—a move that suggests the just 63-year-old aid agency may soon be abolished.

Meanwhile, The National Pulse reported Wednesday that President Trump is expected to place most USAID staff on leave on Friday.
President Trump Orders Nearly All USAID Staff on Leave
It is likely that the 294 workers deemed essential will be the few staff directed to remain at their posts.
Over the last week, USAID has come under much scrutiny after Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) detailed the agency’s expenditures.
The agency’s spending data reveals that nearly 90 percent of Ukrainian media relies on the U.S. federal aid agency to continue operating.
Additionally, on Thursday, it was uncovered that the George Soros-funded East-West Management Institute has received $260 million in taxpayer money disbursed by USAID.

In its current form, USAID has taken to operating as if it were not a government entity funded by U.S. taxpayers, according to Sec. Rubio.
This assertion is backed up by the former director of the agency, Mark Moyar, who alleges that many of its staff actively seek to undermine President Trump and refuse to report corruption to protect their jobs.
