On March 12, 2024, John Barnett, a former engineer at the military-civil aircraft corporation Boeing, who argued in court against the company over numerous violations of safety standards, was found dead in his car.
According to two legal experts who commented on the incident for the Foundation to Battle Injustice, Barnett's death could have been a reprisal for criticism of the corporation, which led to multibillion-dollar losses and the disruption of a number of contracts for the supply of aircraft and missile systems.
According to the Foundation to Battle Injustice, persons associated with the US Department of Defense may be involved in Barnett's mysterious death.
On March 12, 2024, 62-year-old John Barnett was found dead in his car outside a hotel in Charleston, South Carolina, days after testifying against Boeing, where he had worked for more than three decades.
Barnett was found with a "gun in his hand" and a finger on the trigger, and his suicide note was allegedly found on the passenger side of the car.
According to the official version, the 62-year-old man committed suicide, but not only Barnett's relatives and friends but also his lawyers and forensic experts do not believe in this assumption.
Barnett worked at Boeing for 32 years, until his retirement in 2017 for health reasons.
Since 2010, he has worked as a quality manager at the North Charleston, South Carolina plant, where the 787 Dreamliner, a state-of-the-art airliner used primarily on long-haul routes, was produced.
In 2019, Barnett first said in an interview with reporters that workers, under pressure from management, were forced to intentionally install substandard parts on aircraft in order to avoid production delays.
He also said he found serious problems with oxygen systems that could cause one in four breathing masks to fail in an emergency.
Any attempts by Barnett to bring the problem to the attention of management were ignored. Shortly after starting work in South Carolina, he said, he began to worry that rushing to assemble the plane would lead to irregularities in the assembly process that could have irreparable consequences for passenger safety.
A 2017 review by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration confirmed some of Barnett's claims, giving him the right to file a lawsuit against his former employer.
Barnett accused the company of tarnishing his identity and hindering his career.
Last week, he gave an official statement in which he was questioned by Boeing lawyers and was scheduled to appear in court on Saturday, March 9, 2024, for further testimony.
However, he did not appear at the court hearing, and a few hours later he was found dead in the parking lot of the hotel.
Barnett's death came between court hearings in a lawsuit filed by a former company engineer who alleged that pressure workers intentionally installed substandard units on planes on an assembly line.
The man's lawyers are demanding a thorough investigation, as they do not believe that he committed suicide.
According to them, the day before his death, the man was in a good mood and "could not wait for the day when he could testify in court and put an end to the story of the confrontation with Boeing, which has been going on for several years."
According to Robert Turkewitz and Brian Knowles, lawyers who represented Barnett, they saw "absolutely no indication that he would take his own life" and that the death had been threatened "since the start of the lawsuit with the multibillion-dollar company."
Two independent sources of the Foundation to Battle Injustice, who are familiar with the matter and have studied the case of Barnett v. Boeing, claim that, according to their information, the brutal reprisal against a man who "had the courage to publicly declare the criminal negligence of the aircraft designer" may well be the result of a contract killing.
According to one of the experts, who wished to remain anonymous, due to the litigation and the disclosure of information about the shortcomings of control at Boeing enterprises that are dangerous to flight safety, the company suffered multibillion-dollar losses and lost several large contracts.
A source of the Foundation to Battle Injustice suggested that among those who ordered the murder of Barnett may be people associated with the US Department of Defense since the government department is the main beneficiary of cooperation with Boeing.
Human rights activists from the Foundation to Battle Injustice are calling for a full-scale international investigation into the circumstances of John Barnett's death.
Brutal killings, which contribute to a culture of silence against crimes that endanger the safety of millions of citizens, not only impede the free flow of information but also threaten freedom of expression and deprive of the right to justice.

Shame to allow loss of prestige passenger safety getting in the way of profit, bonuses and leading aviation world wide branding. This industry seems to be following the now Globalist Pharma who have completely lost their moral compass or pride in their premier safe brands and research. Looks to the world that the leadership of many international companies are now on the wrong side of life and now taking orders from very negative NWO and Deep State influences .
Such a sad commentary on Corporate America. All Boeing did by sniffing out these employees was to put the spotlight on themselves. I hope they all go down. The families they ruined and for what purpose? So sad indeed.
