I would be cautious about accepting as true, articles by Michael Baxter at Real Raw News. Read a few of the short articles on the page Joe linked and you will notice that Baxter's stories are always about some military operators doing something that violates the Posse Comitatus statutes, things that no law enforcement agency usually does, such as arresting a democrat state legislator or a democrat FEMA official, or some former official fired recently.
Baxter's articles read like something from the mind of a teenager who imagines the Marines arresting former BLS Commissioner William Beach for posting false job growth numbers, or JAG hanging some civilian official for something that isn't even a crime outside of the jurisdiction of the UCMJ.
