The greatest Climate Injustice of all will happen if the world’s under-served people are denied the inexpensive energy from fossil fuels that best allows them to deal with natural climate extremes!
HAARP and the lowering of water tables need to be considered as factors. Recently, morons with access to this equipment have been starting range fires and burning down cities by combining EMF sources and heating up aluminum chem trail residues. HAARP has also been used to create as well as obliterate tornadoes and hurricanes.

In supporting 34 Kenyans and 11 Nigerians to remain alive over the past horrible, for them, four years, I sometimes quote Paul Dreissen’s book “Eco-Imperialism Green Power, Black Death” in a plea to bring Electric Power to Africa to save lives—but so far, to no avail.
We in the West need to promote coal-fired power stations in Africa to bring electrical power to the poor there to eliminate their TB ridden lungs brought on from cooking indoors over open fires fed by dung.
