Sounds great! The only thing I would add would be that the 10 acres was attached to a National Forest so that the water and land wouldn't be spoiled by uncaring neighbors.

Depends on what you need, what you want, setting goals, and working toward those goals.
A 10 acre parcel of land owned free and clear with good water and timber to build with is how I would define it.
